ParentPay

Parents and carers can pay securely online for a range of items using a debit/credit card or through PayPoint.

Paying online via ParentPay ensure that your money reaches the school safely.

Parents can pay online for meals, trips and music lessons, and school resources including hymn books and lesson materials.

How to Pay Online:

Step 1 - You will recieve an Activation Letter with an unique Activation Code on to set up your account.

Step 2 - Login into the website www.parentpay.com.

Step 3 - Follow instructions to activate account.

Step 4 - Select ‘Pay For Items’.

If you have yet to receive your activation letter, or to have a letter reissued, or for other enquiries regarding ParentPay, please email finance@stmaryschesterfield.org.uk. Please note communications will be sent via email. 

You can set up a 'Low Balance Alert' and 'Auto Top Up Payment' on ParentPay to ensure your child's account is always in credit.
