Compass Changing Lives Mental Health Support Team

We are proud to be working in partnership with the ‘Compass Changing Lives’ Mental Health Support Team of Education Mental Health Practitioners. They offer 1-1 interventions for mild to moderate mental health needs and usually work with young people in school.
