Temporary Teaching Assistant – Specialist Physical Impairment Provision (including personal care)

32 ½ hours per week, term time only (39 weeks including INSET days)

Required from September 2023 for one year

Grade 7 Scp 9 £23,194 FTE

£19,595 Actual Salary per annum

St Mary’s Catholic High School are looking to appoint two Teaching Assistants to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team under the direction of the Deputy Head of Learning Support for the care and welfare of Special Educational Needs pupils, in particular, pupils with physical impairment and personal care needs.

Previous experience of specialist physical impairment provision including personal care would be desirable, however training is available for the right candidate.
