Careers Programme Information

At St Mary’s, we promote an inspirational culture in which everyone feels valued and challenged in order to reach their potential. Our comprehensive Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) programme greatly contributes towards this.

By considering the future:

• Pupils will be motivated in the present so that they will make the most of academic and personal opportunities.
• Pupils will see how many opportunities are out there and feel confident in questioning and challenging barriers to those opportunities.
• Pupils will develop skills to make choices that are right for them, that enable them to secure those opportunities, and deal successfully with the challenges of the world of work.
