Dear Parents/Carers

On Wednesday 15 December we will be enjoying our annual Christmas dinner as a school community. This is a very important day for us, as it provides a chance for students to sit as a year group and to enjoy a special meal together.

There will be a set lunch available that will be served in both the main dining room and Viva. This will include a full roast dinner alongside a dessert (see menu below). This will be charged at a standard cost of £3.50. There will be no other options available to purchase on this day, so if your child does not want a Christmas dinner please ensure that they are provided with a packed lunch.

In order to ensure that all students are able to enjoy their lunch without the need to rush, the main dining room rota will be slightly different on this day.

Please note that due to the demands on the kitchens, there will be no food sold in the dining room or Viva at break time. We will, however, be holding a bake sale/sweet sale that day on the precinct that students may bring cash in for. Breakfast will be served as usual.
