As our Year 12 students were unable to enjoy going away on retreat this year we recognise the need for a shared experience to bring the year group together. We have decided to take the year group to Alton Towers for a celebratory day out on Thursday 24 June.
On this day, students will be allowed to wear non-uniform. The cost of the trip is £26 and this is to be paid on Parent Pay. If there are any financial concerns, please send your son/daughter to speak to Miss Errington in the first instance. Students can bring their own packed lunches or purchase food at the theme park. Please be aware that personal items brought with students cannot be left on the coach during the day.
We will be departing from school at 9am and returning by approximately 6:30pm.
If you are happy for your son/daughter to attend the celebration day, please fill in the reply slip below and return to the Chaplaincy office by Friday 21 May. As lockdown restrictions are scheduled to ease further this June, this is a wonderful opportunity for the year group and we hope that all students will join us.
