Dr Greg Ryan will be leaving the Diocese of Hallam in July 2021 after 8 years developing adult formation here, first as adult education tutor and advisor, and more recently as Director of Adult Formation. During that time Greg and the team have delivered workshops on scripture, catechesis, and pastoral ministries across the diocese, played a key role in the formation programme for permanent deacons, and revised and taught the Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies (CCRS) to teachers, lay people, and religious. Perhaps the most exciting project has been the introduction of the Loyola Certificate in Pastoral Ministry which has given people access to online formation in theology, scripture, and practice, with a view to serving the Church’s mission in Hallam.

The Diocese of Hallam therefore wishes to appoint a new Coordinator for Adult Formation and Mission. Details of the posts are given in the attached job description , and applicants are requested to send a CV and covering note to jmoylan@hallam-diocese.com by 14th June 2021.

Interviews will take place in July 2021, either in Sheffield, or via Zoom if Covid restrictions still apply.
